They spend inordinate amounts of time sitting in wheelchairs, shoulders rounded; chests become caved-in, necks flexed forward or walking hunched over with a walker. Such postural issues and prolonged bed rest causes musculoskeletal pain and myofascitis, decreases cardiac and respiratory function, and causes constipation, headaches, reduce ADL’s, as well as a myriad of other maladies.

Designed to meet their specific needs, long-term-care residents and/or participants may will be visited weekly on-site for gentle age appropriate therapy which offers symptom relief and relaxation, while restoring lost mobility.
